Review orders / track packages
To view your orders, simply login to using the login at the top of the screen. To view your account, either click the hyperlink next to your name or go to My Account Section. From this, screen, select "View my order history/details." A brief order summary with tracking information will be displayed on this screen. You can also click on the order number for a complete order detail.

Aroma Coffee Midwest will always send you an email once your order has shipped, with a clickable tracking number contained in the email. However, another option is to select "Track my recent orders" from the My Account section. From this page you can enter in an order ID or a Tracking Number to obtain information about your order as well.

Can I change or add items to an order
Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. However, we will do our best to try and accommodate customer requests. Please call us at 612-616-2608 or email us and we will try to honor your request.

When will my order ship?
We ship all of our products by way of United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders placed by 1:00PM CST Monday through Friday, will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship 2-3 business days after the holiday/weekend. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
